Removal of photos

Most of the events that I photograph are open to the public and consequently it is not practical to seek permission from everyone who is photographed prior to displaying the pictures on this website. If you wish to have any pictures removed from this website, please contact me.

Can I use a picture on Facebook or Twitter?

Yes, of course.

Commercial Use

Pictures downloaded from this website (or other websites hosting my pictures) are not to be used for commercial purposes unless prior permission has been obtained and payment agreed. This includes using pictures in magazines, on commercial websites, posters and brochures. Permission to use pictures for commercial use will only be given when people featured in the pictures have authorised the use.

Editorial Use

Please do not submit any of the pictures on this website to the press. If you would like photos submitted to newspapers or magazines I am happy to help but please contact me beforehand.

Privacy

This site uses cookies for login and technical purposes only. If you register we collect your name, email address, this is only used for login purposes and will not be sold or disclosed unless compelled by law. We might disclose your name and email address to the organisers of a private event or junior sports matches purely for validating whether you are entitled to access photos of their events.

We log the IP address, date and time, referrer and user agent of visitors for technical and security purposes.

Password Protected Galleries

You need to registered to be able to view galleries of private events or junior sports matches. Please use the Register option on the Login menu to register for an account.

Please email me if you have any difficulty registering to view a password protected gallery.
